We discuss Prime Minister Netanyahu's indecent haste to claim that the Americans had given Israel the green light to annex its West Bank settlements – despite the Administration's insistence that this is not the case – as well as his own contribution to the plan: the possibility of stripping some Israeli Arabs of their citizenship and forcing them to live under Palestinian rule.
