Holocaust Forum Updates: Leaders Arrive in Israel for Auschwitz Ceremony
An airlift of presidents, prime ministers and royalty from around the world continue to arrive in Israel Wednesday in Israel for the World Holocaust Forum in Jerusalem, marking the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp.
French President Emmanuel Macron, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, as well as the presidents of Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, Georgia, Cyprus and Bosnia and Herzegovina have already arrived in Israel. Also scheduled to participate in the forum are Russian President Vladimir Putin, U.S. Vice President Mike Pence, U.S. President Donald Trump’s senior adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner. All the leaders of the European Union will attend, as will Britain’s Prince Charles and other heads of state.

12:17 P.M. Netanyahu and Macron talk Iran, Lebanon, Libya
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with French President Emmanuel Macron at the prime minister's residence, where Netanyahu called on Macron to join the campaign of pressure and sanctions on Iran, following the country's latest nuclear measures and regional aggression, a Prime Minister's Office statement said.
Macron said he was "determined" Iran will never acquire nuclear weapons, adding that France would be "inflexible" about Tehran's nuclear ambitions.
The two also discussed the situation in Lebanon and Hezbollah's precision weapons project there, as well as developments in Libya in light of Turkey's recent intervention.
